Cheese Soya Sandwich: A Nutritious Twist on a Classic Favorite


 



Ingredients:


  • 20 gm OrgaQ Soya, weighed before boiling

  • 20 gm curd

  • 15 gm Veeba sauce

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1 medium carrot, grated

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 20 gm cheese slice

  • 2 slices wheat bread



Directions:



How to Boil Soya:


  1. In a large vessel, take enough water.

  2. Add 1 tsp salt and bring to a boil.

  3. Add 20 gm uncooked OrgaQ Soya chunks and boil for 8 minutes or until the soya softens.

  4. Drain and rinse the soya in cold water.


To Make the Dressing:


  1. In a bowl, combine 15 gm Veeba Southwest Dressing with 20 gm curd.

  2. Add 1 tsp salt.

  3. Add 1 tsp chopped green chili.

  4. Add 1 medium chopped onion.

  5. Add 1 medium grated carrot.

  6. Add 20 gm boiled OrgaQ Soya.

  7. Mix everything together.



To Assemble the Sandwich:


  1. Spread the mixture on one slice of wheat bread.

  2. Place 20 gm cheese slice on top.

  3. Top with another slice of bread.

  4. Grill or toast the sandwich until golden brown and cheese is melted.
