Ingredients:
For Boiling Soya:
30 gm uncooked OrgaQ Soya (weighed)
Water
1/2 tbsp salt
For the Kebab Mixture:
1 medium onion, finely chopped
5 spinach leaves, chopped
50 gm wheat flour
1 tsp green chili, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic, minced
5 gm ghee
1 tsp each:
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Salt
How to Prepare Soya Paste:
Boil the Soya:
In a large vessel, take enough water.
Add 1 tsp salt and bring to a boil.
Add 30 gm uncooked OrgaQ Soya chunks and boil for 8 minutes or until the soya softens.
Drain and rinse the soya in cold water.
Prepare the Soya Paste:
Transfer the boiled OrgaQ Soya to a bowl.
Add 1 medium onion (finely chopped).
Add 1 tsp minced garlic.
Add 1 tsp chopped green chili.
Add 5 spinach leaves (chopped).
Add 50 gm wheat flour.
Add 1 tsp coriander powder.
Add 1 tsp garam masala.
Add 1 tsp salt.
Make the Kebabs:
Grind all the ingredients together to form a smooth paste.
Shape the paste into round patties.
Heat a pan for 5 minutes.
Roast the patties in 5 gm ghee until golden brown.
Serve:
Enjoy your kebabs with 10 gm ketchup.
