Soya Hara Bhara Kebabs: A Spiced-Up, Nutritious Vegetarian Treat

Ingredients:



  • For Boiling Soya:

    • 30 gm uncooked OrgaQ Soya (weighed)

    • Water

    • 1/2 tbsp salt



  • For the Kebab Mixture:

    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

    • 5 spinach leaves, chopped

    • 50 gm wheat flour

    • 1 tsp green chili, finely chopped

    • 1 tsp garlic, minced

    • 5 gm ghee

    • 1 tsp each:

      • Coriander powder

      • Garam masala

      • Salt




How to Prepare Soya Paste:



  1. Boil the Soya:


    • In a large vessel, take enough water.

    • Add 1 tsp salt and bring to a boil.

    • Add 30 gm uncooked OrgaQ Soya chunks and boil for 8 minutes or until the soya softens.

    • Drain and rinse the soya in cold water.

    Prepare the Soya Paste:

    • Transfer the boiled OrgaQ Soya to a bowl.

    • Add 1 medium onion (finely chopped).

    • Add 1 tsp minced garlic.

    • Add 1 tsp chopped green chili.

    • Add 5 spinach leaves (chopped).

    • Add 50 gm wheat flour.

    • Add 1 tsp coriander powder.

    • Add 1 tsp garam masala.

    • Add 1 tsp salt.


  2. Make the Kebabs:

    • Grind all the ingredients together to form a smooth paste.

    • Shape the paste into round patties.

    • Heat a pan for 5 minutes.

    • Roast the patties in 5 gm ghee until golden brown.


  3. Serve:

    • Enjoy your kebabs with 10 gm ketchup.
