Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Arsian. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Arsian delivers to every location/pin code in India. We offer Deliver the your order through DTDC. Arsian offers free shipping for all orders above a Rs. 999. Below that we charge Rs. 60 flat.

  1. Standard shipping: 4 to 7 days, depending on the location.

  2. Express shipping: 3 to 5 days, depending on the location.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For gift hampers order processing time will be  1- 2 days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return, Replace & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been delivered in the best condition, meeting our stringent quality standards.

Return, Refund or Exchange requests will be entertained only:

  • Within 24 hours of delivery, 

  • If the product(s) received are damaged or the wrong/incorrect product is delivered.

  1. In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are here to assist you. Please promptly email pictures of the damaged or defective item(s) to admin@arsian.in within 24 hours of delivery. Our dedicated team will thoroughly investigate the matter and reach out to you with an appropriate solution. If any refund needs to be initiated our team will generate the refund and it will take 5- 7 days for the amount to reflect back to your payment mode.

  2. We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the package is refused by the recipient.

For added assurance and to expedite the resolution process, we highly recommend making an unboxing video of the product upon its arrival. This video can serve as valuable documentation in the event of any issues with your order.

Cancellation

Orders once placed, cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped.
