"Delicious and Easy Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe with Only Three Ingredients - Perfect for Cooker Baking!"

1. Chocolian chocolate Cooker cake premix 150G

2. Water (83ml)

3. Butter or Oil (10ml)



Eggless Cake Recipe



There is a 4 simple steps of this eggless cake recipe.

Step 1

Place a stand in the cooker Pour water into the cooker of at least three liter capacity. Make sure the water is at least 5cm high and the metal stand should be above the water level Now keep the cooker on flame and start heating with the lid on. (Without whistle & rubber ring)


Step 2

Empty the Chocolian Chocolate Eggless Cooker Cake Premix 150G in a bowl and add water and blend it using beater until it mixed properly at low speed. Whisk it for 1.5 - 2 minutes at high speed. Add oil and whisk it at slow speed for 1 minute.


Step 3

Spread a few drops of oil or butter in round vessel and grease well. Pour batter till 3/4 height of the vessel. Keep the vessel with batter inside the cooker. Make sure that the cake vessel should not touch the water level close the lid and steam for 30-35 minutes on low to medium flame.


Step 4

Pierce the cake with a toothpick, if comes out clean Remove vessel from cooker and cool for 30 minutes. You can enjoy it now or decorate with some toppings like cherry or chocolate.
