Ingridents:-
1. Chocolian chocolate Cooker cake premix 150G
2. Water (83ml)
3. Butter or Oil (10ml)
Step 1: Prepare the Cooker
Place a metal stand in a 3-liter cooker.
Add water up to 5 cm, ensuring the stand is above water.
Heat the cooker with the lid on (no whistle or rubber ring).
Step 2: Prepare the Batter
Combine 150g of Chocolian Chocolate Eggless Cooker Cake Premix with water in a bowl.
Beat on low speed, then whisk on high for 1.5–2 minutes.
Add oil and whisk on low for 1 minute.
Step 3: Grease and Cook
Grease a round baking vessel.
Fill it with batter up to three-quarters full.
Place it inside the cooker, ensuring it doesn’t touch the water.
Steam for 30–35 minutes on low to medium flame.
Step 4: Cool and Enjoy
Pierce with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, it’s done.
Cool the cake for 30 minutes.
Serve plain or topped with cherries or chocolate.
